As of 1st August 2008, this service is functional though it is still being fine-tuned and customised. It is not being promoted actively until it is all in place and tested. However, those that stumble across it are free to browse and/or register and give it a try. If you do find issues or have questions, please post them on the Feedback and Suggestions board.
